  • Q Can I board the shuttle with the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR〈DEADLINE〉IN GOYANG ticket only?

    A shuttle ticket must be purchased separately from the concert ticket.

  • Q Is the shuttle a round-trip service?

    Yes, it is a round-trip shuttle.

  • Q Can I book the shuttle ticket for my companion as well?

    Each person may book one ticket only.

  • Q Can I book a shuttle with different departure and destination points?

    You cannot select different departure and return locations. Shuttles operate on a round-trip basis.

  • Q Can I book a one-way shuttle?

    One-way shuttle bookings are not available. The shuttle you booked will operate as a round trip.

  • Q Can I change the departure point or boarding time of my booked shuttle?

    To change the departure point or boarding time of your shuttle, please cancel the current booking and rebook for your preferred route and time.

  • Q If I cancel my concert ticket, will my shuttle booking also be canceled automatically?

    No, as the concert ticket and shuttle booking are separate, each must be canceled separately on their respective websites.

  • Q What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations can be made as follows: - 100% refund: Up to 8 days before the scheduled departure. - 80% refund: Up to 7 days before the scheduled departure. - 50% refund: Up to 6 days before the scheduled departure. - No refund: 5 days or less before the scheduled departure.

  • Q Is there a minimum number of passengers for the shuttle service?

    The minimum number of passengers is 30 for Daejeon, and 20 for Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan. If the minimum is not met, the service will be canceled and a full refund will be issued up to 8 days before departure.

  • Q Can I just show my BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR〈DEADLINE〉IN GOYANG ticket when boarding the shuttle?

    No, you must present the QR ticket or voucher issued by the shuttle booking website (Rideus).

  • Q Where can I find my ticket?

    You can find your shuttle ticket in the confirmation email and SMS from Rideus. The easiest way is to download or take a screenshot of your ticket and have it ready when boarding.

  • Q Can I board the shuttle on-site without a booking?

    No, boarding without a booking is not allowed due to the limited number of seats. Please make your booking in advance.

  • Q If I miss the shuttle, can I still board the return shuttle?

    Yes, you may still board the return shuttle even if you missed your outbound shuttle. However, please note that no refunds will be given for the missed shuttle.

  • Q Where can I board the returning shuttle after the concert?

    You can board the return shuttle at the same location where you were dropped off before the concert.

  • Q When will the returning shuttle depart?

    The return shuttle will depart within 1 hour after the official end of the concert. The departure time may vary depending on when the concert actually ends.

  • Q Do I need to download a separate app to board the shuttle?

    No, you don’t need to download an app. Simply present the voucher or QR ticket sent to you via email or SMS. Alternatively, you can show the mobile QR ticket from the ‘My Booking’ page on the Rideus shuttle booking website.

  • Q Can I bring food or drinks to the shuttle?

    To keep the shuttle clean and prevent spills, food and drinks are not allowed onboard. However, bottled beverages with secure lids are permitted.

  • Q Can I leave my belongings on the shuttle?

    No, belongings cannot be left on the shuttle. Please take all your items with you.

  • Q Can I bring a suitcase on the bus?

    Yes, each passenger may bring one suitcase.

4. 셔틀 이용에 대한 안내 사항
(Shuttle Usage Guidelines / 班车利用指南 / シャトルバス搭乗の注意事項)
  • 출발편과 귀가편 셔틀 탑승 시, 예약 시 제공된 QR코드가 확인되어야 탑승이 가능합니다. 셔틀 탑승에 문제가 발생하지 않도록 사전에 QR코드를 확인하시고 준비하여 주시기 바랍니다. 동시에 많은 접속자가 발생하여 인터넷 접속이 제한될 경우, 모바일 티켓의 스크린샷을 준비해 주십시오.
  • 셔틀은 공연이 공식 종료(앵콜까지 완료)된 이후 30분 후에 출발합니다. 공연이 연장되는 경우 셔틀 탑승 시간도 연장됩니다.
  • 셔틀버스 운행 관련 공지사항과 탑승 장소 사진은 저희 공식 인스타그램과 X(트위터) 계정에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
  • For both your departure and return shuttle rides, you'll need to show the QR code provided during your reservation to board. Please check and have your QR code ready in advance to avoid any issues with boarding the shuttle. If there are many simultaneous users causing limited Internet access, please prepare a screenshot of your mobile ticket.
  • Return Shuttle will depart after 30min of concert end(Including Encore Time). If the performance end time is extended, the shuttle service hours will also be extended accordingly.
  • Announcements for shuttle bus and boarding location photos can be found on our official Instagram and X (Twitter) accounts.
  • 乘坐去程和回程穿梭巴士时, 您需要出示预订时提供的二维码才能上车。请提前确认并准备好您的二维码, 以免在乘坐穿梭巴士时遇到任何问题。如果同时有大量用户导致网络连接受限, 请准备好您的手机票截图。
  • 回程班车开始在演唱会结束30分后, 如果实际演出结束时间晚于预定时间, 我们将根据情况延长接驳车运营时间, 请您放心。

  • 出発と帰りのシャトルバス搭乗には予約確定時に提供したQRコードが必要になります。搭乗前に必ずQRコードを確認して準備をよろしくお願い申し上げます。 コンサート終了後、同時に大きな人数の利用でインターネット接続が制限される事がありますので、QRコードのスクリーンショットもご準備よろしくお願いいたします。
  • 帰りのシャトルバスは公演終了(アンコール含め)30分後に始まります。但し公演中に終了時間が延長される場合、シャトル運営時間も延長予定です。
